The Security of your information stored at ecordonline is of paramount importance to us.

In order to preserve the security of your information, ecordonline is operated in accordance with the following principles -

1. Information in ecords of Companies registered in England and Wales is stored on and backed-up only to servers situated in England and/or Wales.
2. Information in ecords is backed-up at least once every 24 hours.
3. Information in ecords is backed-up by multiple copies each of which is stored at a different location from the original.
4. Information in ecords will not be disclosed or processed in any way by us except in accordance with our Terms of Business.

We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that these principles are adhered to by ourselves and our employees, sub-contractors and agents unless prevented by Law or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
